An automobile company had several R&D projects to apply for R&D super deduction; however, Science Commission and Tax Bureau were concerned about the innovativeness of the technology of the project. By comprehensive discussion with the company, GFC clearly distinguished the innovative points of every project and differences, thus successfully persuaded the Science Commission to acknowledge the technical innovativeness of all the projects and gained corporate income tax savings of RMB3 million.
